30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. Items must be:

• In their original condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• In the original packaging where possible
• Accompanied by your order number and receipt

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@simplyshabbycarolina.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and return shipping address
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

• Change of mind: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• Damaged or defective items: We cover return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid label
• Wrong item received: We cover return shipping and send the correct item at no charge

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
• Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-7 days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or variants of the same product. To request an exchange, follow the return process above and indicate which variant you'd like instead. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items returned beyond the 30-day window
• Gift cards

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will immediately arrange for a replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.
