At Simply Shabby Carolina, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping your farmhouse decor to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may affect delivery.
We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@simplyshabbycarolina.com or call +1 (803) 324-2300. Please include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and household members first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 5 business days and we will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
